| For IVF booked but cancelled between 6 and 8 weeks prior to the planned week of egg collection you will receive a full refund minus £210. You will receive a credit of £105 off the cost of a similar cycle booked for any time within the succeeding 6 months. | |
| For IVF cancelled less than 6 weeks before the planned week of egg collection but before baseline scan you will receive a full refund less a charge of £315. You will receive a credit of £105 off the cost of a similar cycle booked for any time within the succeeding 6 months | |
| For IVF cancelled after baseline scan you will receive a full refund less a charge of £420. You will receive a credit of £105 off the cost of a similar cycle booked for any time within the succeeding 6 months. | |
| For an IVF cycle started but abandoned after the start of stimulatory drugs and after the baseline scan you will receive a refund of the full cost less a charge of £470 plus the cost of any drugs supplied. | |
| For an IVF cycle started but abandoned after the second ultrasound scan but before egg collection you will receive a refund of the full cost less a charge of £630 plus the cost of any drugs supplied. | |
| For an IVF cycle started but abandoned after the third ultrasound scan but before egg collection you will receive a refund of the full cost less a charge of £735 plus the cost of any drugs supplied. | |
| For an IVF cycle started but abandoned after egg collection the full fees will be retained, except that there will be no charge for any planned ICSI if ICSI is not performed. | |
| There are no refunds for drugs supplied. Once drugs have been removed from the department they cannot be returned. | |
| Please note that there is a 1% surcharge for any fees paid by credit card. | |
| All fees are subject to periodic adjustments. | |
| Cancellation charges may apply if treatments are cancelled or aborted for any reason at short notice. | |
